California Dreamin'

Naja, es ist ja nicht gerade ein "winters day", wie es in dem wunderbaren Lied von "The Mamas and the Papas" heißt, aber ich würde auch nicht tauschen wollen. Tolles in-der-Sonne-faulenzen-grillen-schwimmen-Eisessen-Sommerwetter. Aber ich war nicht ganz untätig. Das nächste Top ist fertig. Ich habe dazu den blauen und grünen "California Dreamin'"-Stoff verwendet und noch ein leichtes Uni in grün und weiß mit dazu genommen. Ich freue mich schon richtig auf den vollständigen Quilt, hab grade aber absolut keine Lust zu quilten. Viel zu anstrengend... ;-)

Well it's not exactly a "winters day" as mentioned in this "The Mamas and the Papas"-Song. Instead it's a perfect summer-day to relax in the sun and eat some icecream. But I wasn't that lazy the last days. The next top is done. It's made of the "California Dreamin'"-fabric. I chose the green and blue colors of this line and added a soft green and white solid. Can't wait to see the finished quilt - if there only wasn't that quilting thing... :-)
